Amtrol indirect hot heater leak from top

Found out my 4 yr old amtrol CH-41 leaks from top this morning. It's not leaking crazy but more like dripping from this 3 direction. Over time it's still plenty of water. I tried to shut off the water supply to the tank for a few hours but the leak did not stop.
What is likely the issue here and what should I expect? Replace a new tank or it might be something repairable?

The top nuts need to be re-torqued down . I would like a new gasket on hand just incase ...

So I tried torqued down but did not seem to help much. I would probably wait for Monday and call the manufactory as I don't want to open the thing up that might void the warranty.

My company had replaced an Amtrol tank like that under warranty for a customer.  The new tank leaked just like that right out of the box. So we replaced it again,  the replacement leaked worse. Thankfully the 3rd warranty replacement didn't leak.

It seems like a common problem.  I have an older Amtrol tank myself  with the connections on the bottom and never have any problems with it.

My old one lasted 30 years before it leaked from bottom. So for warranty claim they will just shoot for a replacement tank?

Yes. If tightening the fasteners doesn't help, my local distributor will replace the tank.  I'm sure yours will too.

Yes I called Amtrol and they ask me to get local distributor for a replacement tank. However the local distributor does not do installation so I will have to find a heating/plumbing service team to get the removal and installation done... and looks like labor is not covered by warranty? I just hope the replacement tank is going to last longer...
