Not calling for heat.

My amana distinction until isn’t calling for heat. We had the honey well control board go out and they replaced it with a hz322. I believe it is a wiring issues. Da temp is 63 and thermostats are calling for heat. Do I need a jumper on the equipment side like I have on the zone side?

    Is the zone panel configured properly?
    It should be running in Heat pump for primary heat. What's used for auxiliary and emergency heat? Electric resistance? Hydro coil?

    If they just replaced it contact your service provider. Making any changes can void your warranty.
