ID this vent termination kit?

Does this look like a well McLain vent kit?

Any other brands that use rectangle covers? Hoping to find a new screen and cover that snaps in place

    It looks like PART of a flat termination kit that’s available from several manufacturers.

    The cover piece screws on with stainless steel screws, it does just “snap” on.

    You shouldn’t run the appliance like that as exhaust gasses will be recirculated which can cause a number of issues.
