    Thanks @EdTheHeaterMan! I've done everything you said and really appreciate your time and efforts. I also understand what's missing now and where based on those images you marked up. I'm really hoping this will have a positive outcome and that I'm able to express what's needed and why. The other part that now comes to mind, is do I even trust this company to install it the right way? haha. What a mess...

    I am glad i could help, Please let us know the outcome and if the boiler ever gets fixed. If you have no success, then your next option is to have an attorney contact the company with a demand for a refund of all the money you paid them, and have another qualified company install another boiler that will work to your satisfaction. Keep all the parts you remove so the installing company can have them back as that will be their property once you receive all the money spent for the poorly installed boiler. (you might be holding that for some time)

    Unless it cost them money, they will never learn that they made a mistake and even then, maybe not
