Line set length less than pre-charged amount

I am installing a 2-ton Daikin ductless Mini split system (3MXS24RMVJU) for heat and a/c.
The indoor heads are 9k and 15k btus, both using 15' line-sets. The manual says
the outdoor unit is pre-charged for 131' of line-set. Considering I only plan to use 30' total of line-set, will the unit need to have the amount of refrigerant reduced accordingly or is that not how it works?
