One of my suppliers has two of these that are brand new at a deeply discounted price. Are there any known issues?
I haven’t installed one for a few years, but I never had any issues.

    Exactly!

Do you know of any issues or is it just being discontinued?

I only service 1 of those boilers, and the only thing that was done besides normal maintenance was the display panel was replaced. You couldn't read it anymore. Other than that it's been fine the past 6 years I've been servicing it.
I'm assuming at that price they're "as is".
    Do you get the warranty?

Not sure, but I think this model had a "recall" ..
It was an easy fix by adding a couple screws to the intake and exhaust ports on top of the boiler.
I'd also check if it was affected by the "Ignition Upgrade"

Make sure that it has had the ignition upgrade performed on it! The PT series like the one shown required an ignition upgrade, it was offered at no charge for a while but now would need to be bought, without the ignition upgrade there is no replacement igniter available!

Pretty sure you have to do the recall for flue connector on these. Verify serial #. But you get 150 bucks appx for doing and takes all of about 15 minutes. Service many of them. Ok boilers, not too many problems.
    good luck

They don't happen to have any heat exchangers there pawning off do they? Especially psrkit44 aka parkit95 for a ps399.

I would hope the wholesaler did the recall fix on the in stock inventory. As a distributor we were required to do the recall on anything in stock. We weren't allowed to sell the recall units without them being fixed first

Tim, you probably know this but the PSRKIT44 was discontinued about six years ago. The new replacement is the PARKIT95. These are not too hard to come by.
