Hot water / Heat exchanger

I have a system 2000 EK-1F It only seems to produce hot water sporadically.Just recently replaced heat exchanger.

    That's a bit vague, I'm afraid. Domestic hot water? Hot water heat hot water? Any particular circumstances?
