Hello,

I am a newbie and just purchased a new unit. I am unable to figure out how to turn on the heat. I checked every valve and they all seem to be turned on. The water does not flow through the pipes. The thermostat is working but indoor temperature is not the same as displayed. I am attaching some pictures here. Somebody please help and please provide some inputs. Thanks

is there another switch for the airhandler on the left?
are all your breakers on ?

are there radiators and or baseboard in your unit?

Has to be the OP. If a so called professional did that, time to get a lawyer.

There was an error rendering this rich post.

Hydro coil off of a water heater?
Is the fan running? Are those white pex pipes hot?
