Question re siding; oil tank install failed inspection, being fixed, what about siding holes?

    Do those supports for the exterior pipes provide any support perpendicular to the rod? I thought they were just used for hanging pipes.

    Thank you @ChrisJ I thought it would be concrete, that is the sort of thing my Dad would have done, the upgrade, the better quality.

    @EBEBRATT-Ed To make new holes, they were going through the front of the house, behind shrubs. Due to an outdoor faucet, the fill would have been in from the corner several feet. Delivery would be very awkward. I told them it was easier for them to have a bit of work this one time than for delivery to have a hard time on each and every visit. Further, there is no way I would be able to clear snow from that area.

    I have no info re going through the sill. Again, used the original holes from when the house was built in 1956, long before I was born.

    And @CLamb I have no info re the supports.
