Which filter option to choose for heat pump

Hi - we are getting ready to sign with an installer for a central high-velocity heat pump (AHRI 208518975) which we will use for both heating and cooling - we've reviewed a number of proposals, and we think we've found the best one. We have three options for upgraded air filters/purifiers, and we are having trouble figuring out which one to choose. They range in price from around $$$-$$$$, as shown in the screenshot below.

Basically - is the 'Ultra high efficiency' filter/purifier worth the extra cost? If not, which of the two less expensive options would you recommend? (Or are none of them worth doing?)

    Pricing is not allowed.

The larger the filter the slower the air moves across it and the more dust it can capture with minimal static pressure. I use a 16X 25 X 4” media on my 2-Ton system. Change it yearly.

@cbandes, we can't discuss pricing here. I've removed prices from your post. Thanks.

I'd go with the upgrade 3, standard filter. probably 4-5" just make sure they put something in you can easily find the correct size for. General aire shown are usually standard sizes and reasonable priced filters. I would personally skip out on the UV, there is something to be said about them cleaning the refrigerant coil a bit, but personally if IAQ is a huge issue I like to use standalone in room units where sensitive folks will be spending more time.
