Unknown 4 Way Valve

I cant seem to identify this. It's not a Danfoss. I know that. Their tech support couldn't identify it. Trying to get a rebuild kit.

Any fun guesses?

    there’s really not much to rebuild. A brass vane inside and a couple stem o rings that you could find at an auto parts

    If the stem gas a groove worn in it, it would need to be replaced

    It looks like this LK brand?
