Parts for hose bib needed

Does anyone know if a replacement handle, and stem are available for the pictured Mansfield hose bib? The neighborhood that the home is located in I’ve replaced several packings, but this one is the first one that I have come across that both the handle, and stem are broken. The packing kits that I have been buying do not include the handle, or stem. I believe the bib assembly is from the early 90s.
Thanks to all.

Cheap enough to replace the entire faucet.

And use stainless steel screws this time.

You can usually get them from a wholesale house, but you will have to take the stem out in order to get a measurement on it. Don't forget to turn the water of first though.
