Domestic Hot/Cross Connect

I found a cool use for my thermal camera. This condo building had a domestic hot/cold cross-connect that gave the neighboring unit a cold shower. When I ran the shower having an issue and then turned on and off the neighbor's valve, you could see the temp across the valve drop quickly when the valve was off.
If anyone recognizes the manufacturer of the valve it would be helpful. There are no isolation stops on the valve and I don't want to turn off the whole building without a rebuild kit in hand.
