Ok Guys I need help. I disassembled the Die head with the spiring inside. I reassembled it and now the oiler wont run oil to it anymore. Everything works fine but the oiler. Oil drips out of the rail now. I can see what I think are the oil passages inside but they don't line up when assembled. Anyone else have this issue.

I've seen them in P & M magazine et cetera, but NY is Ridgid Country. Where is it made and is it less expensive? Mad Dog 🐕0

@Mad Dog_2 made in Germany. I have one. Portable (heavy as f), automatic die head, well made. Mine does better on USA pipe. Bogs down a little on 2”. I used it exclusively for 1 1/2”, piping oil tanks…until I started pressing.

Is it priced above, below, or competitively with Ridgid? Mad Dog 🐕

Hi @plumbtastic , not sure if this helps: https://www.bing.com/images/search?view=detailV2&ccid=nhaJF+gz&id=C74ABD01DFCE954154B5C4E2688B7D3DEEB7E77D&thid=OIP.nhaJF-gzjeHlrNmHlfaqAQHaEK&mediaurl=https://i.ytimg.com/vi/c-XOYSQH1FY/maxresdefault.jpg&cdnurl=https://th.bing.com/th/id/R.9e168917e8338de1e5acd98795f6aa01?rik=fee37j19i2jixA&pid=ImgRaw&r=0&exph=720&expw=1280&q=rothenberger+50r+pipe+threader+diagram&simid=607988634544116668&form=IRPRST&ck=1027C4F8984256A22B20A79A387A7F27&selectedindex=20&qpvt=rothenberger+50r+pipe+threader+diagram&ajaxhist=0&ajaxserp=0&vt=0&sim=11. but I'm wondering if you can check oil flow with the head off. Also, any chance some grit got into the oil flow path? Just thinking like a plumber here

I watched that video too and did everything the same. Oil runs but comes out of the bar at pivot and not flowing thru Die.0

Well here's the update. I called Rothenberger tech support and found out that the video we all watch is incorrect. The disc is supposed to be rotated clockwise not counterclockwise like the guy in the video. It will work like that but the oiler will not work. The T handle and the silver pin on the disc should be 180 degrees off Mine works great now...UGGGHHHH I bet I watched that video 15 times Thanks for the Help Guys
