Hello,
I will be building an extension to the side of the house.
Our kerosene boiler is inside, and I wondered if it was possible to have the exhaust at a 90 degree angle to be let out at the roof, and same thing for the air intake?

You need to find the manufacturer’s installation manual and see what it allows.Bob Boan

The Manufacture has specific instructions on the proper venting of your kerosene burning appliance. The photo of the existing exhaust is no help here. Is you heating unit a "Monitor"? If so, then the answer is probably NO.

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?
