The Richardson "Air Expeller" Long Island Gold Coast.  The "pantry"  radiator The Historic Hudson Valley.  Assorted old Guage. DOLE - Old Hitchcock Farmhouse on Vapor System  (My house).  First Generation galvanized fittings used on natural gas and domestic water.  Late 1800s. Long Island Original Farmhouse
🚜 1864. Also found the earliest asbestos insulation I have come across...this stuff hand hand-made and applied..pretty Johns-Manville mass factory production.  Very friable!  Hold your breathe, man.....This Farmhouse has 5 basement/cellar crawlspace 5 feet high...every plumbing and heating repair since 1846 rests where is was placed...a P & H graveyard.  Cool and spooky too.  I came across the old lead service line, 3 water wells and big rat 🐀 traps...Very Old Vapor air vent (brand?  Steamhead? Dano?) Upper Hudson Valley Village.  This stuff really floats my 🚢 Boat. That most of these things are still in operation is amazing in and of itself.  Mad 🐕 Dog

@Mad Dog_2 , that vent is a Trane vacuum vent that does not have a float. It was only supposed to be used to vent steam mains, not dry returns (A dimension instead of B dimension).

I don't think the Vapor radiator valve pictured is a Richardson. It's probably Dunham, but I'm not 100% sure.

Frankie..The Richardson Air Expeller is from Great Gatsby Land, West Egg Long Island Gold Coast Mansion.  The Dunham was a one off in a large apartment complex in Mid Hudson Valley. Mad Dog

Northwestern Connecticut. About an hour's drive east from Amenia, NY if you take the shorter route.
