I have a utica boiler model 95M-200. The boiler is triggering an E02 error message. The unit is about 15 years old. about 2 years ago the main heat exchanger was replaced. I have had the install company hear 3 time and my Propane provider twice. the unit has been maintained and cleaned. the boiler keeps turning off with error code e02. the flame sensor was replaced and the gas regulator was replaced. according to the technician all voltages appear to be normal. also did what utica tech support suggested. any suggestions ? thanks
sam

What does the manual say that E02 means?

The original burner on that boiler required an upgrade that included a new control module and pressure switches. Was that ever done?

Look at the white tag on the module and see if it says “Wor gas”.

i believe that the service tech checked all that. i know the voltage reading x1-5 to ground was 3 volts. the gas pressure was 11.0 a ground wire was added from heat exchanger to ground. i will pass on to tech.
