Auto vents in a attic

Looking for suggestions of what auto vent to use for a return line in a attic 1 1/4 that can be piped down into the living space?

    Don't know about an auto vent, however I did tap a line in an attic and use 1/4" copper down to main floor. As luck would have it it is above a mop sink so easy to bleed. Added a Schrader valve on the bottom end.

    In this case once and done after refilling system.
    This system has an "old school" compression tank and auto vent is not wanted.

    Does this attic get below freezing?
