Weil-Mclain Aqua Balance - Loud Vibration/Shuddering

Hi, I have a WMB-155C, that was installed 4 years ago. It has been maintained each year by the installer as per requirements. This year it has started to make a really loud noise such as vibration. The vibration is quite deep that we hear it in the first floor. I observed it the other day and it looked like it was coming from the part labelled as 640-000-082, which is where the air is sucked in. I had the blower replaced (a separate part, 640-000-081), as the tech though that was the issue. Looking at the parts diagram for this unit i think its either the Gas Valve #640-000-037, or the LG to NG conversion kit 640-000-082. Here is the link to the parts diagram. https://parts.weil-mclain.com/catalog?model_id=43&schematic_id=59
The vibration seems to be getting more violent the colder it gets outside. Im concerned this thing will shake itself to bits and cause either a water or gas leak. The gasket on the back of the heat exchanger is already leaking, which they said they will replace.
Thank you!

Unlikely that it’s the gas valve and it’s definitely not the LP orifice.
Was a combustion analysis done?Bob Boan

Here is a link to a video of the issue. You can see the noise/vibration coming from the NG/Air Mix Orifice. Not sure what's causing it to do this. https://youtube.com/shorts/VzM48jfDlQg0

If a person has pain in their feet, you don’t cut their toes off and sew on other ones, you find the cause and treat that.
Instruments and a competent tech need to be there to diagnose what’s wrong.
Again, was a combustion analysis ever done?Bob Boan
