Found a bad combustion fan on Lochinvar whn199 yesterday eve after suppliers closed and we were out. The wholesalers did not have one in town. Rep had one 300 miles away. Ordered it at 9am this morning via Alaska Airlines cargo gold streak freight service from Suntoya the rep in Spokane, Wa. They had someone take it to airport where alaska air has cargo center. Got it there at 10:15 or so. Alaska air had it at Seattle cargo center by 12:45. I picked it up and delivered to tech who went back at 2. Back up online for weekend.
Have to praise Alaska air, Suntoya corp (lochinvar rep) and Keller supply Seattle (Jeff) for expediting order.
This is the way repairs could and should go.
Thanks all for the team effort
 Tim

That’s probably not the kind of part you’d keep on the truck. Quite pricey for the whole assembly.

There was an error rendering this rich post.

Wow. Planes trains and automobiles.  I try.....to have building owner purchase the spare parts kit at time of install with Mod Cons.  Always seems to be a blower motor or gas valve going on Sunday.  Good jobber!  Mad 🐕 Dog
