IBC SL 14-115 G3 Circulating Issues

Had my boiler installed 6 months ago and now that winter is in full swing the radiant heat side of the combi quit circulating. Then a week later my DHW quit circulating to the tank. The boiler ignites and I have no major or minor error messages. As of now I have the emergency shut off switch in the off position. When i did have it on i noticed that the heat exchanger kicks on but when it reaches a certain temp (180 + -) it auto shuts down. You can feel the heat at the exchanger and the pipe leaving the boiler but 8" away the pipe turns cool to the touch which tells me the water is not circulating.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated up here in the mountains!

    A lack of circulation. Could be air bound, a bad circulator, bad control.
