URGENT - Heat not going upstairs

Hello all

urgent issue as it is getting very cold now. I have steam heat 1 pipe system. 

All upstairs is not getting the heat. Steam will only reach upstairs if i force the boiler to run for 45-50 minutes or even more. 

Please help.

downstairs i 80 degrees and upstairs is 65.

last year it worked fine

One more thing to add here. I have 2 main lines coming out of boiler. One steam main delivers heat to left side of the house ( downstairs and upstairs). The other steam main handles right side. Left side is working fine for downstairs but not working for upstairs. Right side is dead.

again, they get the heat if the boiler runs continuously for 40-50 min but that does not happen in normal circumstances.

This the same urgent problem you discussed here in 2017 and 2020, six and three years ago.

You never followed up with us to mention how you solved it back then. Follow the same guidance given you in the dozens of suggestions you got. See if it works again.

Well it was always bad bit at least it worked a little bit.  Now it has completely stopped.

Follow the recommendations and troubleshooting that was thoroughly discussed when you had the urgent problem six and three years ago. And let us know how it goes.
