Idronics issue that covers section condensation in cast iron water boilers

Does anybody remember this issue? Maybe I'm remembering different and saw it elsewhere. I vaguely recall dew point discussion in relation to sustained low water temp in the return. I looked through the PDF library and didn't see, and of course cannot find my paper issues. Thanks all.
