Has Gorton changed it vent sizing?

I have two gorton vents both labeled as size C that have been purchased in the past two years that the vent holes are very different in size. Is this just a quality control issue or have others noticed this as well. I am guessing the smaller one should be a 6 not a C.

I think you're right. It was probably a production mistake. All Steamed Up, Inc.

I seem to recall someone else seeing this. I also recall Gorton or MoM having switched back from a poor quality manufacturing partner but my memory is not to be trusted
