Smith GB100 Not Igniting

Good morning! My boiler has pilot lit, and a new damper. When Tstat calls for heat, circulator operates, zone LED lights up, damper does not open, hence the boiler does not ignite. Any suggestions?

    Try turning the switch on the damper to manually open it. Then report back.
