Ncb 240 turning on randomly

I have a ncb 240 I have changed the thermostat twice. It will work normal for a few days and then it will turn on and call for heat. The thermostat is in the off position. I double checked the wiring. Nothing is touching or broken.

    You'll need to find out what command or device is asking it to run. A keep warm aquastat somehere?
