It looks like there was a vented and an unvented version and it looks like that is the unvented version:

As I said not my item, mostly shared it because it was interesting and maybe someone here might be more likely to appreciate it than the average person stalking Craigslist.

Honestly I hope no one tries to use one of these, maybe clean it up and turn it into an end table or maybe put it in a museum.
