Prestige boiler issue

in Domestic Hot Water
I have like-warm water to all faucets in my home. All discharge pipes from boiler are almost too hot to touch. Heat in house works just fine. I’m at a loss as to why this is happening. HELP!

    dhw heat exchanger may need internal cleaning with chemicals. did this happen gradually or all of a sudden?

    Is there a bad mixing/anti-scald valve on the system?

    This can happen when a mixing faucet, like a shower valve, is left open and the flow stopped with another valve downstream, such as a handheld showerhead.

    Do you have a Prestige Solo (heating only with a sidearm water heater) or Prestige Excellence (combi)?

    My bet is a cross connect between hot and cold. What changed? Did you add a shower head with a shutoff somewhere?
