Adding a Tekmar 360 mixing control

I’m adding a 4way motorized valve with a Tekmar 360 mixing control. I added mainline circulator off of a cast iron boiler and have a Tekmar 306P switching relay that operates 6 zoned circulators. The question is how do I wire the 360 to the 306p? Much thx.

The 306p has an "XX" terminal designed to call the boiler for heat. Terminals 1 and 2 on the 360 should be connected to the XX on the 306p and terminals 7 and 8 should be wired to the boiler. Here is where it gets sticky, terminals 1 and 2 need to be powered and the XX terminals is just a switch. You need to find a power source (preferably 24 VAC) for that circuit.
