Boiler ignition troubleshooting - help!

in Gas Heating
Boiler is used for in-floor heating as well as heating the hot water tank. It stopped functioning properly several nights ago. Fans and pumps come on fine, ignition to the starter flame is working though it only stays on a split-second so I know it's getting gas. I cleaned the flat pronged heat sensor brass-ish heat sensor but no joy. Not sure what the next step in my troubleshooting should be .. any help is appreciated.
