We're redesigning our main resource site (www.heatinghelp.com) and would love your feedback. This area of the site includes our Blog, Systems Help Center, Museum, Find a Contractor, and Store sections. Please share your thoughts in this survey: https://forms.gle/ic5P9t5U1sYX2iNL6

Will you put the THANK button back? You can use a thumbs down emoji for something else. Maybe a finger up (Not the middle one) emoji would be good. Or you could use the American Sign Language thumbs up with a pinky extended. Here are some suggestions, I have included several different colors for your inspection and to be all inclusive.

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Thanks for the feedback! We always appreciate it and will work to make changes as we can. As you can see, our Thank button is now back and I'll see if we can make the additional edits.
Please note that this redesign will take place on the resource area of our site (https://heatinghelp.com/ ) and not The Wall. We redesigned and updated The Wall last year. Thanks!President

My suggestion is for the main website, that I didn't really know existed...
It seems to me, that couple of the header links could be integrated into one. For example the "System Help Center" and the "Store" could be moved to "System Knowledge Base". The content of both links are similar, about different type of heating system, some of them a free while others are available for purchase.
The forum link, "The Wall" should be named "Forum" and open in a new tab. The name of "The Wall" doesn't really convey the content of the link for anyone new at the the site. At least initially....
The main page should also have a "Home" link to find the way back to the first page. The order of links could also be:
Home
Find a Contractor
System Knowledge Base
Museum
News
Blog
Podcast
The "HeatingHelp.com apparel" link with the image could be added for all the pages, not just the "Store" page. All of the links have the same layout, just place the link into the side panel. You are advertising your own apparel, there's nothing wrong with that.
Question...
Since the main page is redesigned, does that include new layout for main page and the forum?
TIA...

Thanks for the great feedback, @Skyline. This redesign will only include the resource area of the site and not the forum. We redesigned the forum last year and it's on a different platform powered by Vanilla Forums.

@Erin Holohan Haskell , I just had a thought- how about a searchable radiator rating database? With all the info we have in the Museum, over and above what's in "E.D.R.", it can sometimes be difficult to find what we need.
Search parameters could include:
Type (column, wall, large-tube, small-tube, window etc)
Brand (American Radiator, U.S. Radiator etc)
Model name (Rococo, Niagara, Corto, Nira etc)
What say ye?All Steamed Up, Inc.
Towson, MD, USA
Steam, Vapor & Hot-Water Heating Specialists
Oil & Gas Burner Service

How about a section just for hot water boiler and there issues . You could really split it up say one for mod cons and one for the old standard cast iron and the issues that relate to them being they are no way the same . I think this would help both first time posters and those who are just into hot water . Peace and good luck clammy
Also thanks for keeping the site going and really being the only place for some to get answers that there having a hard time finding be it the truth from either there
contractors ,reps or manufactures, what a great place for answers and the how too and whys of heating .R.A. Calmbacher L.L.C. HVAC

Thanks, @clammy! We're organizing and adding to our resource library (https://heatinghelp.com/systems-help-center/ ) and will keep that in mind.

I don't know if it means anything. I keep HH in bookmarks and when click on it, I get a split second of this ☝️, before I get this 👇.I don't see it when I click on other bookmarks or sites and its probably nothing, but when it comes to computer programming, I know nothing.
Otherwise its awesome as usual.0 -
Thanks for sharing this, @HVACNUT. Can you please PM me with more info on the device you're using so we can further investigate?
If anyone else is experiencing this issue, please let me know. Thank you!President
