Desperately Seeking Vintage Modine Convector Covers

I recently bought a house with Modine Convector heat. The previous owner removed 2 of the original covers and used custom pieces that attached to built-in bookcases that are no longer there. The custom covers don't actually cover the entire unit and I am looking for covers that will ideally look similar to the original white covers. I have attached photos of the custom cover, the heating unit, and what the other covers in the home look like. I hope someone will be able to help me find something that will work or point me in the direction of someone who might be able to. Thanks!
Width of hole: 55"
Cover would need to be 56 1/4 inches wide
Height of hole: 20"
Cover would need to be 21 inches high.
Similar cover in my dining room is 2 1/4 inches deep.

That part where the element doesn't go to the end of the enclosure should be blocked off either with a horizontal or vertical partition. It reduces the amount of air that gets drawn in from outside the cabinet.
I know it isn't what you asked for, but maybe it gives you more options when you figure you have to adjust the mismatch of the convector and the cabinet anyhow.1 -
