Burnham Boiler

Hey all,
My plumber installed this new boiler, and the removable front panel is extremely difficult to pop off. Gotta really manhandle the thing. I was able to pop off the panel on the old boiler with one hand.
Anyhow, just wondering if this is "normal?"

The jacket gets warped and shifted during transportation and installation. It's normal and it happens to lots of boilers. A well placed hip check can usually set it straight.Contact John "JohnNY" Cataneo, NYC Master Plumber, Lic 1784
