Hello Experts,
I just go a tankless water heater installed my home and it is from the Rheem brand. Everything was working perfect but sometimes it keeps shutting off automatically. Anyone can guide if this is normal or there is any problem that needs to be fixed?
Cheers!

Depending upon the mode setting, cycling on and off could be normal. Please describe the symptoms in detail. Is it not producing hot water?0
