Riello f5 help... please Riello help line never calls back

So my oil tech tightened one of the spare port nuts that he used to bleed my pump too tight and it cracked the pump housing where the Jack pump capitulary is tapped in. Never told me and it started leaking. Now pissed I figured it all out and got a new pump however Riello has changed the design since mine was installed. The new pump does not have the small tapped hole for the capitulary line, their instructions simply say put the old capitulary line into this spare port. Well, that port is 5 times too big for the capitulary line. It needs some sort of adapter that I cant find. It's all that British parallel thread to 1/16 npt nonsense. Has anyone found a workaround for this? I'm sorry for making this so long but the only way I could explain it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

If it came from a reputable distributor, then the plug should already be installed.
Aside from finding a plug, realize a new pump must be adjusted to Riello OEM specs for your system. And with that comes combustion, smoke and draft tests.

If your oil tech tightened it and cracked it, why is it your job to replace it?

There was an error rendering this rich post.

You don't need the hydraulic jack, but you do need someone with the correct tools to set it up.
Not that I recommend it, but where's old pump? The fitting is removable.
Riello no longer ships with the jack. Too many leaky seals.

there was no fitting, the line was literally tapped in beside one of the spare ports. I can see why it would easily crack as it was a weak spot. It's clear why Riello changed the design. I just don't understand why they wouldn't send you an adapter to reduce the oversized new capillary port
