in Oil Heating
So my oil tech tightened one of the spare port nuts that he used to bleed my pump too tight and it cracked the pump housing where the Jack pump capitulary is tapped in. Never told me and it started leaking. Now pissed I figured it all out and got a new pump however Riello has changed the design since mine was installed. The new pump does not have the small tapped hole for the capitulary line, their instructions simply say put the old capitulary line into this spare port. Well, that port is 5 times too big for the capitulary line. It needs some sort of adapter that I cant find. It's all that British parallel thread to 1/16 npt nonsense. Has anyone found a workaround for this? I'm sorry for making this so long but the only way I could explain it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

there was no fitting, the line was literally tapped in beside one of the spare ports. I can see why it would easily crack as it was a weak spot. It's clear why Riello changed the design. I just don't understand why they wouldn't send you an adapter to reduce the oversized new capillary port0
