Laars Endurance EBP Heat Exchanger

I picked up a 2nd hand Endurance EBP and have done a few replacements - new ignitor, pump cartridge kit etc. Now I'm needing to replace the heat exchanger but they look to be pretty dear.
Any suggestions for non-OEM substitutes?

Just replace the whole boiler. There is no sense in replacing a HX on that unit. You will not find a non Laars hx replacement.

A second-hand Endurance is a lot like a second-hand hot tub. It wasn't built very well to begin with and you have just inherited someone elses problems.

If you replace the boiler...don't replace it with another Endurance.

Oh I can feel the love here.

Should I start a new thread for budget friendly similar options? It's for a very small space, the difficult part to find it seems is the domestic water.

Does a wall-hung condensing combi fit the space. There are lot's of good ones out there, this might be a good fit. https://www.lochinvar.com/products/residential-boilers/noble-fire-tube-combi-boiler/
