Humming radiant floor heating

When the radiant heat actively kicks on in a zone, it produces a hum every 1 second which can last for 1 minute or several minutes. The noise is not in the pipes but the boiler itself. House is 3 years old and this is the first year we've heard it. 90% sure is a propane boiler.
