Radiant Floor Water Temperature drops when....

Hi guys, I'm not a professional I am a customer just looking for some more information. I had a radiant floor system installed into my kitchen during renovation. It is the only radiant in the house. the rest of the house is heated with large radiators- all water system. When the kitchen radiant is the only area calling for heat the heat in the system is like 130 degrees and it warms up the kitchen. But when any other part of the house calls for heat the water temperature for the kitchen drops from 130ish to as low as 80 degrees and does not increase until the rest of the house stops calling for heat. Is this normal?

No. But to figure out what is amiss one would have to know how the system was piped and what pumps and valves were in place and what controlled them.Br. Jamie, osb
