Can't adjust Navien Boiler supply water temperature

I have a Navien Boiler model NCB-240E. I for some reason can not adjust the supply water temperature, only the return water temperature.
When hitting mode and it flashes, it only allows me to adjust up to 149 and the R symbol is lit.
How do I get it so I can adjust the supply temperature?

Is is the outdoor sensor connected?Bob Boan
You can choose to do what you want, but you cannot choose the consequences.0 -
@Ironman I have the outdoor setting turned off. So I should be able to adjust the temperature manually. I also checked the parameters and it says I can adjust the supply temp to 180. However, on the default home screen it always displays the R with arrow symbol. Never the S with arrow symbol.0

@Ironman
That was the issue thanks! They should update their user manual to specify that you need to flip the dip switch to change from return to supply.1
