No power to the unit or remote

I have a rheem ecosense tankless indoor ng waterheater and it's got no power on the pad or main unit. All the usual checks were done. If there is a reset or quick check that tells me the unit is bad , please let me know. I'm prepared to purchase a new unit if needed but only if needed. Help please . Thanks

Circuit breaker, switch, fuse. I would verify 120v to the unit before tossing it.

There may be another switch off in some odd corner somewhere, too -- wouldn't be the first time.Br. Jamie, osb

Hi @Dudeus4007 , Here's the manual for it I hope: https://www.manualslib.com/products/rheem-ecosense-eco-180dv-541627.html There's a wiring diagram on page 21. I'd follow what's been said above and trace power into the unit first. Assume nothing! Is there a remote control? Seems that can cause problems. Let us know where you find power and we can go from there.
