Need WiFi thermostat advice

I just saw my neighbor’s Emerson Sensi Touch Smart Thermostat.

I now have 2 zones for my radiant pex in slab 2300 square foot home.  Just finished the plumbing as it was one zone.  Energy efficient home.  Lots of thermal mass.  Not much need to turn the thermostat up or down remotely.

It sure would be nice if away for a vacation to know that the heat was working remotely.  I need to control 300 milliamperes of current.  Seems like one fancy WiFi thermostat would be plenty and leave the bedrooms on the digital thermostat I have used for years.  No problem running a C wire to the fancy Emerson.

Pros/cons/other choices or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

The Emerson is a very good thermostat, and since you can run the C wire and have seen the product and like it, go for it. Honeywell makes or at least used to make good WiFi thermostats, too, and the Ecobees are well regarded. None of them collect much data. I'd honestly avoid a Nest, unless you are very happy with Google (and the local criminal element) knowing exactly when you are home...
