Dunkirk 90 Quantum

Hello guys i have Dunkirk 90 Quantum.  When my zone 2 is trying to turn on its making clicking noise and seems like it can not connect to turn it on.  

Please any help is appreciated.

    I assume you have 2 zones? I would try bypassing the thermostat connections in the Taco panel mounted on the wall. Check batteries in your thermostat if they have batteries

    Yea 2 zones.
    did all that and it still keep doing same thing.  Dose not want to connect just keeps clicking.

    Would like to help but you really need someone with a test meter and the boiler wiring diagram to track this down. Could be a loose wire or a bad control

    You could try temporarily jumping the “end switch” terminals in the Taco panel. If that causes the boiler to operate, then the problem is with the Taco or a thermostat. If not, the problem is in the boiler.

    Have you checked the condensate trap and drain for blockage?
