I would like to know how to successfully insulate pex tubing. Fiberglass rigid pipe insulation doesn't work well with flex pipe. Armaflex in most cased is the wrong ID ..it doesn't fit the pipe sugly enough especially in chilled water applications to prevent condensation so what else is there?????

PEX is like refrigeration tubing you need the OD of the pipe. 1/2" requires 5/5" armorflex, 3/4" requires 7/8" Armorflex.
