Viessmann Boiler zones

Hi there, I have a Viessmann boiler that isn’t working up to par. I have three zones on the unit and one zone doesn’t heat like it should. The other two zones will call for heat. I just replaced my mercury thermostats with a Honeywell programmable. Is the new thermostat not compatible with the system? Thanks everyone.

Was it working before you changed the thermostat?0

The boiler is probably not controlling the individual zones.
Do you have zone valves or circulators?
Do you see a separate zone controller?
