I have not had good luck with the Honeywell digital thermostats. I would get rid of them and get something different.

Tried switching thermostat - problem continue. Just to test it brought T down and run new wire. It did not go away. Checked connection-no bare wire is touching. Called Taco. They recommended to install resistor between W and C on ZVC board itself. Problem went away for zone 1. Now I have zone 2 yellow light occasionally going off for split second. I guess I should install resistor for zone 2 as well. Zone 1 thermostat is the closest to the board - meaning the least amount of wire is ran to the board, then zone 2 and 3. This is the only explanation I have for the frequency of yellow blinking lights on zone 1,2 and 3. Zone 4 using old mercury thermostat. No lights there.1
