This boiler throwing codes 14 for combustion blower speed issues. Either too high or too low ?
Cleaned flame sensor , ran better , more consistent speed longer but still drops out on code. Only happens when all three zones are calling for heat. Single zone , no problem.
Any ideas? I think its the board but not enough experience with these boiler.

It’s probably the blower. That’s a common failure with older Munchkins.

    Is the heat exchanger clean?

Look at the impeller in the blower housing. Is it plastic or metal? Plastic is the older type, metal is the improved version. You need to replace the blower. The Munchkin should have had it's post purge expanded from 25 sec to 100 sec in the software.

It makes a difference if the gas valve is a Honeywell or Dungs. On the sticker on the side of the boiler it will say the REV ision #, 1 or 2.

By the way, the boiler should be cleaned, not more than every three years with a combustion analysis.
