About to order the new boiler for my home. Either one better than the other? Anyone have experience with either?

    Burnham and Crown are the same. Both are part of US Boiler.

    Who’s gonna install the boiler? IDK of any reputable contractor that wants to install a boiler that a HO purchased himself.

    If you’re going with an atmospheric boiler, you need to expect that if you have a masonry chimney that it needs to be relined with a stainless steel liner. You cannot vent a newer, higher efficiency appliance into a masonry chimney because its flue gas temperatures are much lower.
