Can anybody identify this boiler? (In building from 1912 in Boston)

This steam boiler was replaced in 2008 in a 10 unit building. We have since had a Peerless 64 and now very recently have a Weil McLain EGH 125.

I can't help identify that boiler, but am I understanding you have put 3 boilers in since 2008? The one in 2008, then a Peerless after that and then a Weil Mclain after that?
You have a serious system problem if you are eating boilers that fast.2 -
We identified and fixed a leaky wet return earlier this year that was buried under concrete. I agree that issue took out the Peerless after 12 years. I guess my only excuse is that I wasn’t responsible for keeping that one alive, somebody else was. The Weil McLain has not fed water since making these fixes so the goal is to make this one last much, much longer.2

I would guess the old boiler might be a "US Radiator"0
