in Oil Heating
So I have a Dunkirk Gas hot Water Boiler with a honeywell s9361a2070 Control
I am showing Sta 1 with no error codes, the Draft motor does not start but I know it is good, I put voltage to it and it went on

Please Help Rob

    need pictures and a wiring diagram if you can post it

    Sta= Stable, which means it's just waiting. 
    Check the thermostat and where the thermostat connects on the Honeywell control.
