Caint find what type of burner to replace this with

in Gas Heating
I got this older burner pan that is cracked so its throwing out co gas for a improper burn and I cannot locate one even remotely close to it. Is this homemade or just so old its discontinued or am I just bad at looking on line lol any info helps thanks
